Cancellation / Refund

In case of international border closures or if you tested positive due to Covid-19 and thus, 
are not able to travel, you can request a full refund for the unused part of your ticket. 
If these criteria do not apply, no refund is possible.

  TRAVEL FROM TURNAROUND MUST COMMENCE NO EARLIER THAN 5
  DAYS AFTER ARRIVAL AT TURNAROUND.

  TRAVEL FROM LAST STOPOVER MUST COMMENCE NO LATER THAN 6
  MONTHS AFTER DEPARTURE FROM FARE ORIGIN.
