Lounge Review: Aspire Lounge 26 Amsterdam

We stayed at the Aspire Lounge 26 Amsterdam in Summer 2019

Access & Location

The Aspire Lounge 26 is located after security. Just follow the Lounge signs until you reach the lounges. The Aspire lounge is located on a floor above the shops and gates.

Access is granted for passengers flying on Schengen flights. Passengers departing from Pier M cannot access this lounge. It is a third party lounge and accessible by lounge membership cards like priority pass.

Seating options

There are many diefferent seating options available in the Aspire Lounge 26 Amsterdam. Normal tables, couches, relaxing sofas and even small separate “suites” are available to sit or relax in.

We were there in the morning and literally not even half a dozen of people were in the lounge, so it was really comfortable and relaxing. However, because the lounge is widely open and there are not really separate or private spaces, I can imagine that the lounge becomes really noisy when there are a lot of people.

Food & Drinks

As we visited the lounge in the morning, breakfast was served. It was actually good for a third party lounge. You could choose between different spreads, different type of breads and croissants, fruits, youghurt, cornflakes, soup and even freshly prepared pancakes.

In terms of drinks the selection was slightly below average as not too many soft drink options were available.

However to have a small breakfast prior departure, the lounge is perfectly okay.

Other amenities

Some internet terminals, a small selection of magazines and free WiFi is available in the lounge.

Unfortunately they do not offer any showers here.

Conclusion

In the morning when we visited the lounge it was literally empty. Food selection as well as seating options are solid and we can definetly recommend the lounge if it is not too crowded.
