Review: Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport

We booked a Queen room in Summer 2018. Due to our Gold status we received a Hilton Deluxe Plus Room.

Location

The Hotel is located 10 minutes away from Narita airport. A complimentary shuttle bus operates at least once an hour between the hotel and the terminals of the airport. They also offer a shuttle bus to Narita and a shopping mall nearby.

Rooms

Our room was very spacious and everything was clean. The room is not very modern but everything you need is available. A King bed, large desk, safe deposit box, a small sofa with an extra table and a closet are all available in the room. We had a nice view overlooking the airport. The windows are sound proof so you do not hear any noise from the aircraft.

Food & Drinks

A mini bar with soft drinks and beer is available in the room as well as some snacks. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant which was really tasty. As the hotel is located pretty isolated you have to eat in the hotel. They have a couple of restaurants available on site as well as a small shop. The Japanese restaurant can definitely be recommended as already mentioned.

Staff

Staff was adequate, nothing more & nothing less.

Other Services

WiFi is available free of charge only when you are a Honors member. They have a large, very well equipped gym as well as a decent swimming pool. Furthermore they have a small Spa and even a wedding chapel.

Conclusion

Rooms are a little bit dated but clean and every amenities you need are available. Enough eating options are available as well. The hotel can be recommended if you have an overnight layover at Tokyo or an early morning flight, and you would like to stay near the airport.
