Hotel Review: Sheraton Cascais Resort

Sheraton Cascais Resort review in autumn 2019 of a 2-bedroom apartment.

Location

The resort is located in a quiet landscape area, 10 minutes away from Cascais Center.

Rooms

We had a 2-bedroom apartment in the Sheraton Cascais Resort which was huge in terms of size. From the kitchen over the living room to the bedrooms, plenty of space was available everywhere.

Furthermore, 2 full bathrooms as well as two balconies were embedded into the apartment. Even a fire place was there, unfortunately not to actually use.

Food & Drinks

Breakfast was standard and only okay, served in the main restaurant. You can see in the pictures that the usual selections were available, however everything tasted good.

The sushi restaurant in the Sheraton Cascais Resort, the Yakuza, offers excellent food. On the higher end in terms of price but therefor also in terms of quality. We also had a meal in their main restaurant which actually was good as well.

The bar offers good cocktails, but only opens at 5pm and is embedded in the sushi restaurant.

Other Services

The Sheraton Cascais Resort offers a beautiful spa with great treatment possibilities. A resting area, sauna, steam bath and even a small heated mini swimming pool is available within the hotel. The fitness center could be a little bit larger comparing it to the size of the resort.

The surroundings of the hotel are simply beautiful. You get the feeling that woods are all around you, and a big swimming pool as well as a children area make the resort perfect for families.
