TAP Miles&Go Status Match (BA Gold or Silver card to Star Alliance Gold)

TAP is offering yet again a very interesting status match for new customers.

In order to be able to use this status match you have to newly register or have created your account after January 1st 2020.

If your status from another airline is accepted you have to subscribe to a paid Club Tap subscription or buy some miles. Buying miles will be the cheapest way to go as the smallest package is 70€.

You will get Silver or Gold status and can enjoy all the benefits they offer right away.

Executive Club Gold or Silver = TAP Miles&Go Gold = Star Alliance Gold

The status received will be valid for a minimum of 12 months. However, you can renew it with special conditions if you meet the following conditions:

You have earned 25,000 Status Miles and flown 4 times with TAP Air Portugal (Gold);
You have earned 10,000 Status Miles and flown twice with TAP Air Portugal (Silver).
