Location & Access

The Swiss Arrival Lounge is located in Terminal 2, after customs and behind the exit on the left-hand side. The Lounge is open daily from 6AM to 1PM for business class and first class travelers arriving on Swiss and Lufthansa flights, as well as for Miles & More members with the Frequent Traveler, Senator or HON Circle status

The trolley with your luggage can be left near the entrance.

 

Seating options

We were in the lounge for about 3 hours and it was never too crowded during that time. You have a big choice of seating options, from relaxing chairs up to stools with higher tables.

Food & Drinks

As the lounge is opened until 1PM only, the focus on the food is on breakfast.

The choice is in terms of food is big. From scrambled eggs over fresh fruit, bakery, yogurt, muesli and much more, everything is available here.

A large variety of coffees, fresh juices, smoothies, soft drinks and so on completes the drinks’ menu.

 

 

Other services

20 spacious showers are available with enough storage possibilities. They are named after international cities, which is somehow a nice touch. At the front desk, you will get a card key to unlock the shower, after presenting your boarding card.

There are also three private rooms with a single or a double bed available, as we didn’t use them I couldn’t make any pictures. Free Wi-Fi was of course available as well.

Showers were well-equipped with hair dryer, towels and toiletries.

 

Conclusion

The Swiss arrival lounge is a perfect arrival lounge. It seems that it is never too crowded, the food is very good, and the showers are big and clean. If you are staying for a few more hours, you could even have a little nap in one of the 3 designed rooms.
